Description

UC UCEDD collaborated with local disability rights organizations and self-advocates to engage and activate citizens to testify before the Education & Entrepreneurship Committee of the Cincinnati City Council about the importance of workforce inclusion for persons with disabilities. Using grassroots advocacy methods, the organizations reached out to members providing them with supports and guidance on telling their story of the importance of employment to the City Council Committee.
