Description

Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC) devices have shown to be groundbreaking in their ability to improve communication for individuals with communication disorders. The South Carolina Assistive Technology Program (SCATP) is a federally funded program that assists individuals with communication disorders gain access to AAC devices. This poster will show the findings of a study which examined the quality of SCATP's device loan service for individuals who borrow AAC devices.
