Parent-to-Parent and Peer-to-Peer programs have long been recognized as an integral part in ensuring people with disabilities and families have support and information to achieve optimal outcomes. The Family Care Enhancement project which places Parent Resource Coordinators (PRCs) in medical clinics. PRCs are parents of children with disabilities.
