Description
The American Academy of Pediatrics recommends that all children receive care that is family and patient-centered, comprehensive, coordinated, and accessible from a medical home. Medical homes are especially important for Children with Special Healthcare Needs (CSHCN). This presentation will explore disparities in medical home access that exist between CSHCN and non-CSHCN across all 50 states, Washington DC, and nationally.Back to Session: Poster Symposium: Surveillance and Developmental Monitoring
