Description
Family Employment Awareness Training (FEAT) is a family-focused training program designed to raise expectations for and knowledge of competitive employment and supporting resources for people with disabilities. In this session, we provide an overview of FEAT and report on the results of this quasi-experimental survey research into participants' outcomes and FEAT's effectiveness as perceived and reported by the participants.Back to Session: Poster Symposium: Employment
