Description

Music activities have been shown to support prosocial behaviors, such as empathy, altruism and group participation, in typically-developing children. Those same social skills are often weak in children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). Emerging evidence supports the use of music-based intervention to help children with ASD develop these and other key social skills.
