Description

As an affiliate of the Carolina Institute for Developmental Disabilities, Persever8 (a nonprofit) provides technology training, workplace readiness, and life skills education to adults with High-Functioning Autism. The poster describes how this nine-month program prepares students with High-Functioning Autism for entry-level jobs in software testing and coding. In addition, Persever8 provides them with the soft skills and abilities needed to successfully maintain employment and transition to independent living.
