Description

This mixed-method, longitudinal study focused on the efforts of seven diverse communities to improve employment outcomes for youth with disabilities through locally led "community conversations". Data addressing the design, implementation, follow-up, and outcomes of these interventions will be presented, along with recommendations for research, policy, and practice.
