Description
Employment First polices in over 30 states contribute to increased expectations, outcomes, and self-sufficiency. These policies provide a vision, but do not guarantee greater access to or navigation of services and information. This session addresses: (a) individual/family engagement; (b) employment consultant practices (c) CRP organizational transformation; (d) state agency policy and strategy. Staff from the RRTC on Advancing Employment will facilitate discussion that frames a multi-level model for change.Back to Session: Concurrent Sessions
