The Wyoming Institute for Disabilities' (WIND) translated Project ECHO for use in education to revolutionize professional development in assistive technology. UW ECHO in AT is a lifelong learning and guided practice model designed to build capacity for assistive technology, reduce disparities based upon school region or resources, increase educators' self-efficacy related to assistive technology and improve student outcomes.
