In fiscal year 2014 Oklahoma?s University Center for Excellence in Developmental Disabilities (UCEDD), Leadership Excellence in Neurodevelopmental Disabilities (LEND) and Consumer Advisory Committee (CAC) partnered to develop The Seven Partner Values and Toolkit. CAC members, not only advise the UCEDD- LEND, but also worked in partnership to develop Seven Partner Values, guidelines for using them and a toolkit for adopting the partnership values
