Description

The University of Arizona LEND (AZLEND) training program provides Fellows with the opportunity to participate in a yearlong research project designed to improve early identification and referral for children with autism and other neurodevelopmental and related disorders in rural and border communities and counties and to increase early detection of delays to minimize healthcare disparities in rural areas. Project components, training methods, and study results will be discussed.
