Description

The Massachusetts Act Early program developed, implemented, and evaluated an educational module that trains pediatric providers in culturally competent screening, evaluation, and referral to intervention services for children with autism spectrum disorders (ASD). This poster presentation will share the themes from the 'Considering Culture in Autism Screening' training module and findings from the efficacy study to improve real-life screening practices.
