The Utah Regional LEND, in 2013/2014, administered a comprehensive program evaluation to all trainees, in order to guide a discussion with faculty for program improvements. The URLEND Health Administration (HA) trainee created, administered, and compiled results from the survey. Survey questions addressed every responsibility and assignment trainees were responsible for throughout the year.
