The OHSU UCEDD Community Partners Council Community Mini Grant Program highlights a concrete example of collaboration and engaged partnership leading to meaningful benefits for people with developmental disabilities and their families. The project demonstrated inclusion, flexibility, and problem solving. This presentation can serve as a template for others interested in building deep collaborative partnerships and unleashing the power within AUCD in partnership with the larger the community.
