Description
Opinion survey needs assessments were conducted through the SC LEND program to analyze the feasibility and benefit of establishing a formal collaboration between the medical and legal communities (Medical-Legal Partnership) in Upstate South Carolina to assist in transition planning for individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorders and other neurodevelopmental disabilities or special healthcare needs. South Carolina is one of sixteen states without a Medical-Legal Partnership.Back to Session: Welcome Reception and Poster Session
