Description
This poster presentation will include practical evidence-based interventions for feeding challenges that support participation and inclusion for individuals with autism and neurodevelopmental disorders. Although feeding problems interfere with adequate nutritional intake such that weight gain, health, development, and quality of life are compromised, there is also significant impact on the family system (i.e. caregiver). The individual can be viewed and supported from a variety of diverse social and cultural contexts.Back to Session: Welcome Reception and Poster Session
