Description
Part C single-day and cumulative child counts, as specified in Section 618 of the IDEA, do not provide a complete picture of the number of children birth through age two who are referred to, evaluated for, and receive early intervention services. The Infant-Toddler Coordinators Association Data Committee will present progress in its examination of the viability of using birth cohort methodology as another measure of Part C participation.Back to Session: Welcome Reception and Poster Session
