Description
This presentation will discuss recruitment of refugees to VT LEND. Specifics will be presented on CALC professional development for faculty/staff & trainees, and mentorship. Two new American trainees will present their vision and work in the Medical Home wing as it relates to culturally responsive care coordination and the role of the Community Health Worker. Steps for advocacy and systems change in collaboration with Vermont�s healthcare reform will be discussed.Back to Session: Concurrent Sessions
