AUCD - The Leading Edge of Dissemination: Lifting Our Voices in the Digital Age

<< Back to Program

Community Education and Dissemination Council (CEDC)

Sunday, November 5, 2017 9:00 AM - 11:00 AM

Location: Renaissance Ballroom West B

Session Description

We are excited to again offer a series of free Driving Change Sessions on Sunday morning of the conference. This year we have invited our Network's five Councils to each host a Driving Change Session. Each Council is excited to share information that is relevant to its own mission and goals. Get to know our Councils through this fun and interactive experience!

Dissemination is one of the core functions within the AUCD Network. Participate in an interactive Q&A style event, moderated by panel of experts who will discuss current trends in dissemination activities with a focus on promoting the "Voice" of advocates and self-advocates.

Participate in this session and be a part of a learning and sharing environment where you will hear from and share ideas with leaders from around the network on how to drive change in a specific area of disability policy, advocacy, or research, and give them the opportunity to learn more about the topic from expert panelists and participate in guided roundtable discussions on the topic with other attendees. These sessions are free for all registered conference attendees.
