Session Description
The core values of the AUCD Network center around culturally appropriate supports for people with disabilities to enable full inclusion and participation in society. To provide culturally appropriate supports, our leaders, faculty, staff, and students must represent the wide range of cultures across our country. We need to increase the diversity of our network to be representative of the communities needing disability services, and develop diverse partnerships at the national, local and state levels to support the communities we serve.
We are committed to exploring mutually beneficial partnerships that help us meet this need, while also offering resources to assist partners in reaching their goals. This meeting is an opportunity for AIDD, AUCD, and invited network members and their partners to meet in-person and explore opportunities.
