Graphic Facilitation - A Tool for Strategic Planning

Session Description

Many of us spend extraordinary amounts of time in finding just the right words to describe our missions, visions, values, goals, and objectives. Too often, however, our best crafted sentences are accessible only to those in the know. Graphic facilitation makes planning come alive. The process supports groups in clarifying their thinking and developing a mutual understanding of a vision.

This interactive workshop will introduce participants to the use of graphic facilitation using a variety planning processes for individuals and organizations. All participants will receive a copy of Jack Pearpoint's Hints for Graphic Facilitators (Inclusion Press - 2002).
